260 White Road Construction Update
Construction has now resumed on new permanent supportive housing at 260 White Road, Duncan.
In October 2023, the modular contractor responsible for construction declared bankruptcy. As a result, work on the 48-unit supportive housing project was paused, as BC Housing secured the site and worked to secure a new contractor.
We’re happy to share the news that construction has now resumed. BC Housing has hired Knappett Projects Inc. to complete the remaining work on this project. Located on Vancouver Island, Knappett is a leader in the construction industry with over 700 completed projects and four decades of experience.
The building is expected to be finished in late 2024. We appreciate your patience.
