BIA MEMBER SOCIALs are BACK!
Come and enjoy some Hors D'oeuvre and a glass of wine on us! This is a time to connect and tell our business stories. We welcome all of you on January 19th from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm at the offices of Stonebridge Law, 201 – 64 Station Street. Our newest members are welcome to give a two-minute pitch, including those businesses now included in the newly defined Levy area about their business. Our guest speaker will be Kyle Young, Manager of Planning, City of Duncan. Kyle will give a brief presentation on how to apply and comply with the City’s sign policy when applying for the BIA’s Façade Improvement Program Grant [make this a hyper link Ally to our website where our members can download the two documents]. Please join us on January 19th from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.

WE’RE GROWING AND CREATING NEW PROGRAMS FOR YOU!
In 2022 the DDBIA formalized a Strategic Plan that confirms our commitment to focus on promoting you, our members. Our Member Promotions Program is now launched – and its primary foot soldier is our new employee, Don McCormick! Welcome Don to our amazing and vibrant downtown business epicenter!
As we flesh out the details of this new program, we want you to send us notice of your sales, your new product launches, your openings, events and changes. We will have a slick online portal coming soon for you to send those to us efficiently – but for now – please just email us here: ddbia@downtownduncan.ca and we’ll take it from there! And if you have yet to create a Facebook or Instagram page for your business – now’s a great time to get that done!
