Downtown Duncan Welcomes the Holiday Season with Festive Fun
[Duncan, British Columbia]: November 15, 2023 – The Downtown Duncan Business Improvement Association (DDBIA) is thrilled to announce the return of a beloved annual tradition, Christmas Kick Off 2023, set to take place on Friday, November 24th, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This enchanting event promises a joyful start to the holiday season for families and community members in Duncan.
Highlights of Christmas Kick Off 2023:
North Pole Crafts Station for Kids: Little ones will have the opportunity to express their creativity and decorate paper holiday ornaments, adorning them with artwork and festive messages, which will be showcased for all to enjoy.
Roasted Chestnuts: Savor the warmth and delicious aroma and flavour of roasted chestnuts as you stroll through the festive streets, adding a touch of nostalgia to the evening. Did we mention that the roasted chestnuts are free?
Fireworks Extravaganza at 8 PM: Stonebridge Law is thrilled to announce its prestigious role as the title sponsor for the much-anticipated Christmas Kick Off Fireworks Display. As a steadfast supporter of community celebrations, Stonebridge Law is delighted to contribute to the festive spirit that will light up the skies and bring joy to families throughout downtown Duncan. This sponsorship underscores Stonebridge Law's commitment to community engagement and spreading holiday cheer.
Santa's Grand Arrival at 6 PM: Santa Claus himself will make a special appearance, welcoming children and families for photos (free of charge) and unforgettable moments of holiday cheer.

Trip N' Me: Enjoy the melodious tunes of this local musical act as they fill the air with the magic of the season.
Warmland Dance Group: Experience the grace and talent of local dancers in a captivating performance.
Carlson's Dance School: Young dancers from the community will showcase their skills and enthusiasm, spreading holiday joy.
Master of Ceremonies Phil Reilander: Keep the energy high with Phil Reilander as he guides the audience through a night of merriment and excitement.
Music Tent at Station Street Common: The Jam Factory will keep the festivities going with their energetic and community-focused performances, ensuring that there's entertainment for everyone.
